Sunday, June 16
Students arrive at MVL by 6:30 AM, load/depart around 7 AM
Students arrive at Gander Mountain by 7:30 AM, load/depart around 7:45 AM
Full day of travel to destination in South Bend, Indiana
Arrive in South Bend around 7:30 PM/8:00 PM EST (time zone change)
Monday, June 17
Tour will depart South Bend at 8:00 AM (eastern)
Full day of travel to destination in niagara Falls, NY
Arrive in Niagara Falls around 5:30 PM
Tuesday, June 18
The tour will begin with the Maid of the Mist tour at 9:30 AM
Lunch at the Silo Restaurant in Lewiston, NY
The tour will depart for Gettysburg, PA at 12:00 PM
The tour will arrive at Gettysburg, PA around 6:00
Wednesday, June 19
The tour will begin with a short film and cyclorama from 8:30 AM - 9:15 AM
The guided bus tour of Gettysburg Battlefield is from 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
After the tour, the students will have from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
The tour will depart Gettysburg by 1:15 PM for Hershey, PA
The tour will arrive at the Hershey Museum around 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
After Hershey, an afternoon of travel to destination
Arrive in Fort Washington, PA
Depart to King of Prussia Mall at 5:30 – 8 pm
Thursday, June 20
The tour will depart for historic downtown Philadelphia at 7:30 AM
Touring times to the Liberty Bell/Independence Hall begin at 9:00 AM
Open touring time of downtown Philadelphia until 12:30 PM
The bus will then go to the Philadelphia Museum of Art (Rocky Steps)
After the steps, the tour will depart for Washington, DC
The bus will arrive in Washington, DC around 4:30 PM
The scenic night monument tour will is scheduled from 6:30 PM – 12:00 PM
Friday, June 21
The tour will leave for the grounds of the White House.
The tour will go to the National Cathedral in the morning.
Individual touring time from 1:00 – 6:00 PM
The buses will stop at the Iwa Jima Memorial on the return to the hotel
Saturday, June 22
The guided tour of Arlington National Cemetery is scheduled from 10:00 – noon
Individual touring time from 12:30 – 6:00 PM
Metro back
Sunday, June 23
Church at Fairfax, VA
The bus will depart for Virginia Beach, VA
The tour should arrive to Virginia Beach around 1:30 PM
Free time in the ocean, pools, boardwalk, buffets
Monday, June 24
The students will be given an entire day of free time to enjoy
Tuesday, June 25
The tour will depart from Virginia Beach at 9:00 AM
An afternoon of travel to destination for a 7:00 PM arrival
The students will be given individual free time in which to eat
Wednesday, June 26
The tour will depart from at 9:00 AM
A full day of travel for a 7:00 PM arrival
A final tour closing devotion will be held
Thursday, June 27
The tour will return earlier than past. (between noon and 2 pm)
